An all purpose alkyd (oil base) primer sealer that seals porous surfaces, adheres to glossy surfaces and covers most stains. Dries to touch in 1 hour to a flat white that can be top coated in 2 hours. Helps prevent cedar and redwood bleed through. Can be tinted. Clean up with mineral spirits paint thinner.
